8 TIPS TO MAKE THE NURSERY LOOK STYLISH
1.ADD THE RIGHT SIZE RUG
One of the biggest mistakes we see is a rug that's too small added to the nursery. While we understand how expensive rugs can be, a nursery rug that's too small makes the whole room appear disjointed. On the other hand, one that's large enough expands the space and unites the furniture into a group-giving the design a polished look.

2.HANG WELL TAILORED NURSERY CURTAINS
Nursery window treatments can either elevate your nursery design or drag it down. Nursery curtains are both functional and stylish, helping create a comfortable sleeping environment for the baby while tying the nursery design together. Look for nursery curtains that are well tailored and hang them high to give the space the illusion of taller ceilings.

3.PAY ATTENTION TO THE NURSERY LAYOUT
Focus on creating the best possible nursery layout with nursery furniture that's well spaced for movement yet not too spread out that the nursery feels disjointed. Set up zones to make the space functional.

4.CLEAR CLUTTER
Even if you've invested in gorgeous nursery furniture and decor, clutter can quickly make the space look too busy. Adding nursery storage and perhaps even removing unnecessary items can give the nursery more breathing room and allow those items you adore to breathe a little easier and shine.

5.SPRINKLE A BIT OF BLACK
If your nursery lacks a hint of black, consider adding some black nursery decor pieces to add visual weight and contrast to the nursery design.

6.MIX NURSERY LIGHTING
If your nursery has one overhead light fixture consider rectifying it ASAP. Take it from us-nothing makes a nursery design look more off-putting than a nursery with just one overhead light fixture. Adding a mix of lighting options with varying heights- including table lamps, wall scones, and table lamps makes your baby's room interesting and balances the light throughout the space.

7.ADD A TOUCH OF GREENERY
A room without any greenery, whether a plant, branches, or flowers, stifles the space. Add a touch of greenery to introduce a splash of green and infuse the baby's room with life.

8.DECORATE WITH ACCESSORIES AND ART
Finally, make the nursery look stylish by bringing in accessories and art to add personality to the space. From mirrors to wall hangings and art- there are many ways to add character.
