Yes! You can turn existing curtains into blackout curtains by adding blackout liners. Either hang them on a double rod or clip them onto the existing rod.
HOW TO INSTALL BLACKOUT CURTAINS
They are installed in the same way as standard curtains and drapes. For maximum effect we like to hang curtains as high as possible to accentuates the height of the room and draw the eyes up. Also, hang the curtains wide to make the windows appear wider. When choosing the length of the curtains, select a length where the curtains will hang either just above the floor, or just touch the floor.
