In this post however, we want to look specifically at decorating the nursery with a round rug. For many, a rectangular rug is the obvious safe choice, but the truth is, decorating with a round rug can be both versatile and easy.
HERE'S HOW TO PULL OFF A ROUND IN THE NURSERY

Using a round rug in a small nursery will help make the nursery feel larger. It directs the eye away from the walls to create the illusion of more space.

A curves of a round rug will make it seem like the furniture is dispersed in a small nursery by encouraging the eye to scan across the room, rather than cluttered.

A round rug will add color and style to your baby's room. So pick a rug with the right combination of colors, but keep in mind they don’t have to match the other colors in the room perfectly.

A round rug can help you define a space in the baby's nursery such as a reading nook or even nursing nook. All of the pieces in the nook touches the rug, creating a vignette and adding a sense of intimacy.

If you baby's room has a repetition of sharp and harsh edges such as from the crib, dresser and bookcases, a round rug can help soften the space.
