For Nova's nursery, we envisioned a coastal space that exudes tranquility and peace. Embracing a soothing color scheme, we selected a palette that speaks of sandy shores and soft, cloud-filled skies, with creams, ivories, and hints of blue. The ideal backdrop was found in a charming seagrass wallpaper; its natural warm tones are the essence of a calming seascape, perfect for a tranquil nursery environment.
We wanted to combine contemporary and the timeless pieces in this nursery. Anchoring the space, the simple crib fashioned in washed natural wood is a versatile centerpiece, effortlessly capturing the spirit of a beachside setting. Complementing this is the indigo dresser—its weathered finish and quaint key-hole hardware evoke a sense of ocean-tossed treasures, possessing both a rustic charm and a refined elegance.
Lighting was chosen with care—a beautiful chandelier, whose florals in a distressed white iron finish, replaces traditional beads, providing a delightful and dreamy focal point. Finishing touches include beautiful coastal art from our collection, bringing a sense of seaside wonder to Nova's little haven.
