The space we designed for Neela is a cocoon of modern tranquility and soft sophistication.
We started with a dreamy palette: the walls dance in two harmonious halves—a grounding sage green from Behr called Bitter Sage on the bottom and a soothing Benjamin Moore Simply White up top, creating airy lightness with a grounding touch of earthy charm.
We chose a crib in a washed natural finish. With its rounded spindles and turned-out feet, it melds timeless allure with a splash of contemporary style, which is perfect for baby Neela.
Nearby, a dresser sporting molding details and turned legs in an antique-finished wood provides ample space for tiny outfits while its metal knobs add a little sparkle.
No nursery is complete without a cozy nook for those countless cuddles, so we included a sleek glider and ottoman set.
White linen-cotton blend curtains drape the room and provide just the right texture, filtering light to a whisper. Underfoot, an ivory and beige rug with a subtle floral pattern whispers tales of old and new.
And for a sprinkle of whimsy? A scalloped wall mirror reflects tales of wonder, while the enchanting 'Jungle Jamboree' art print brings adventures from afar right into Neela's snuggly space.
