Designing Kai's nursery was a fun process. Our design brief was to curate a fresh, invigorating, and sophisticated space.
White nursery walls set the stage for a palette of jewel tones and sophisticated charm. We started by introducing a show-stopping vintage gold crib, directly inspired by those classic American metal cribs but with a modern golden twist.
To complement this focal piece, we chose a dark wood nursery dresser that whispers tales of old, with its natural wood grain and charming knots creating that beloved heirloom look. It's both stunning and practical, perfect for storing all of Kai's tiny treasures.
Now, for snuggling in style, what could be more inviting than a faux sherpa modern nursery swivel glider with an ottoman? Imagine endless cuddles in this plush haven! To uplift the ambience, we added a linen fluted semi-flush mount, a table lamp with a delicately pleated shade for that soft glow, and a chic rattan arched mirror—each element inviting texture and warmth into the room.
And because every charming space needs a touch of nature, a faux potted ficus tree graces the corner, infusing the nursery with an earthy, calming vibe. To cap the design, we added these adorable Peter Rabbit Prints from our shop-Nursery Decor Co.
