When we started designing Bode's nursery, we knew that we wanted a Japandi-style space with a serene neutral palette and a dash of lively green, destined to inspire calm and spark imagination. We chose a soft off-white for the walls—a perfect canvas to complement any accessory while illuminating the space with a gentle, warm glow.
In the heart of the room sits a sleek, simple white crib with the cleanest of lines, a mingling of minimalist and functional design that stands boldly yet unobtrusively. Opposite, we introduced a scalloped dresser in toasted oak, whose curves offer a soft, engaging contrast to the crib’s austerity—a piece that’s as much about aesthetics as it is about utility.
For the nursery chair we brought in the Babyletto Nami Electronic Recliner and Swivel Glider wrapped in plush olive bouclé. Paired with the Shafali Tiled Trellis Rug, adding just the right amount of texture beneath your feet, this room sings a lullaby of style meets comfort. Altogether, Bode’s nursery is an exquisitely balanced, sophisticated space where serenity meets a whisper of vibrant life—truly a nursery designed to nurture.
