Designing Alessia's nursery was about weaving together a tapestry of fun, classic, and girly elements that will grow with her.
We chose Benjamin Moore's Pink Bliss for the walls. It is the softest shade of pink, as delicate as chiffon, setting the stage for a nursery that's as playful as it is polished.
Our centerpiece is this beautiful crib—a piece adorned with turned legs, scalloped molding, and a French White finish that whispers timeless elegance. To partner with it, we introduced a nursery dresser straight out of a classic tale—simple yet striking, with a weathered, antiqued white finish that tells a story of love over time.
We didn't stop there. Above the dresser, we hung a squiggly mirror, which adds an organic touch of whimsy, effortlessly marrying the classic with the new. For the nursery chair, we brought in this one with its plush upholstery and backing. Beside the chair, we placed this faux wood side table (a marvel in detail, mimicking a tree stump), which adds an enchanting forest vibe.
For Alessia's ever-growing library, what better than a pink bookcase to display her trove of adventures and dreams? And because no nursery is complete without a touch of magic, we chose white linen pinch-pleat curtains to gracefully let in the morning light and a colorful rug to spark the imagination. A charming bunny print above the crib stands guard over Alessia's dreams with the gentlest smiles.
