What’s included in each plan?
The Nest plan ($49) includes a style quiz, instant style match, custom moodboard, color palette, curated product sourcing list, layout tips, safety and budget guidance, and a bonus nursery checklist pack — delivered instantly. Haven ($499) includes everything in Nest plus a style questionnaire, measure and photo templates, full furniture and decor selection, custom shopping list with links and install notes, a custom 2D floor plan, custom design board, 5 item swaps, one full revision, priority designer email support, and a dedicated client dashboard. Atelier ($799) includes everything in Haven plus a full photorealistic 3D rendering, 10 item swaps, two full revisions, and extended project support.
How long does the process take?
The Nest plan is delivered instantly after your quiz. Haven packages are delivered within 5–7 business days. Atelier packages within 7–10 business days. Rush delivery is available — contact us to discuss.
Is this service virtual only, or can you work locally?
All packages are delivered virtually and work nationwide. If you’re based in the Boston area, we also offer in-person consultations — reach out to discuss options.
What if I don’t love the design?
Haven includes one full design revision and 5 individual item swaps. Atelier includes two full revisions and 10 item swaps. We work with you until every detail is exactly right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Do I need to know my style before starting?
Not at all. Every package begins with our style questionnaire or quiz which helps us understand your vision — even if you can only describe it as “warm” or “modern” or show us a few Pinterest images you love. That’s exactly what we’re here for.
What’s the difference between Nest and Haven?
Nest is our $49 style-matched plan — instant, beautiful, and perfect for parents who want direction and a starting point. Haven is a fully custom design service with direct designer involvement, a 2D floor plan, complete furniture selection, and ongoing support. Think of Nest as your style blueprint and Haven as your complete design partnership.
What budget do I need for the furniture and products?
We design for all budgets. During your questionnaire you’ll share your target budget and we curate specifically within it — whether that’s $2,000 or $20,000. Every product recommendation is chosen with your budget in mind.
