We wanted to design a truly unique nursery for little London. We envisioned a tranquil escape, a seashore daydream nestled right at home. We painted the walls in Benjamin Moore Solitude, a classic blue-gray that’s more blue than gray, reflecting the serenity of a misty morning by the sea. Can you feel the calm?
Then, we anchored the space with a weathered white crib, whose crown and dentil molding provide timeless beauty with a hint of seaside vintage. Adding to that laid-back elegance, we placed an antique taupe dresser, the epitome of casual chic with its uncomplicated lines.
We added this Cali pillowback swivel glider in the softest hue, coupled with a natural wood side table—both offering comfort without sacrificing an ounce of style. We also introduced a rug with faded beige and blue tones, reflecting the tranquility of the shoreline beneath our feet.
We combined this with texture-rich accents such as a table lamp, a beaded chandelier, and a mirror, all of which whisper coastal charm.
And finally, we’ve scattered some coastal prints and this meaningful canvas art- from our own collection, to inspire sweet seaside dreams.
