We had the pleasure of designing this coastal-themed escape for Silas, carefully selecting each element to create a space that is both invigorating and calming. Silas’s nursery is like catching a gentle sea breeze right inside your home.
Starting with the walls, we wrapped the room in this stunning blue and white striped wallpaper, a nod to nautical elegance yet fresh enough to keep the vibe modern. We selected a natural oak wood convertible crib, which features a gentle curve on the top rail and chic, slightly angled legs, exuding a timeless yet modern vibe.
Then, along came the dresser, blending the soft, organic curves with audacious geometric details. Crafted in natural poplar and oak, it's a true testament to modern warmth and character.
No coastal retreat would be complete without a cozy nook, so we introduced a modern Bouclé glider, enveloping comfort in style. Around the room, we wove in texture with exquisite storage baskets, a mirror that catches the light like the sun on ocean waves, and a lighting fixture that's all about that soft, ambient glow.
Above the crib hangs a gallery wall of charming coastal prints from our collection- Nursery Decor Co., each one capturing the spirit of the sea.
Pulling it all together was like bottling that seaside serenity—creating a space where Silas can sail smoothly through his earliest adventures.
