We are inspired by a certain color that's captivating our attention these days and so here is our Guide to decorating an Evergreen Fog Nursery.
Sherwin-Williams' 2022 color of the year is Evergreen Fog, a shade of gray-green and we are personally so excited about this choice. If you are a regular reader of this blog, you know we have always being drawn to green nurseries, green paint colors and love adding shades of green to our nursery designs.
Evergreen Fog is clearly a sophisticated color that works well in most nursery design styles and is specially fitting when used in a nursery design because the color symbolizes-growth, rebirth and joy!
Let's look at some gorgeous spaces decorated with Sherwin-Williams' Evergreen Fog.
EVERGREEN FOG INTERIORS

Evergreen Fog is a great mid-tone green and it reminds us of another favorite green paint color- Farrow and Ball Pigeon. Both are true chameleon colors! They look very different depending on the lighting and the elements it's paired with, in the design.
DESIGNING a nursery WITH EVERGREEN FOG
Evergreen Fog goes well with colors such as SW Alabaster for a bold contrast or a color such as SW Shoji White for a more muted pairing.
When designing a nursery with Evergreen Fog, incorporate natural materials to create texture and depth. Bring in warm brass, gold and leather accent pieces to add warmth to the nursery.
EVERGREEN FOG NURSERY DESIGN

Nursery Chair | Soft Gold Crib | Rug | Dresser | Basket | Lighting | Eucalyptus tree
The green board and batten walls painted with the beautiful SW Evergreen is the perfect way to add visual interest to the space. We brought in a pretty soft gold crib, a statement chandelier and added natural materials for texture and depth. The black dresser adds visual weight to the design while the textured rug adds a layer of warmth.
