10 NURSERY DRESSER ORGANIZATION HACKS
1.START WITH EMPTY DRAWERS
As you begin organizing the baby's dresser, let's start with a clean slate. Empty all the drawers so you can sort, rearrange, and re-fold the baby's clothes.
2.EMPTY out the hampers
Don't leave any dirty clothes behind in the clothes hamper. To properly allocate and organize baby's clothes-everything should be washed and ready to be sorted.
3.LINE THE NURSERY DRAWERS
Line the bottom of each drawer with contact paper or wrapping paper. It will help protect the baby's clothes and make the nursery drawer look pretty. We love these drawer liners!
4.GROUP BABY CLOTHES BY CATEGORY
It's easier to find baby clothes when grouped into categories. As you group baby clothes, remember that the more specific you get, the easier it will be to locate them in the future.

5.USE DRAWER ORGANIZERS OR DIVIDERS
Organizing clothes in the nursery can be challenging but keeping a tidy dresser is even more challenging. Get these awesome drawer organizers or dividers to keep the baby's clothes contained and ensure they don't spill over.

6.USE THE FILING METHOD OF FOLDING
Use the filing method of folding ( aka the KonMari Method), and you'll soon realize that it is a total game-changer. You'll be able to see everything in the drawer and grab clothes without making a mess. Watch the video below and learn to fold baby clothes from Marie Kondo!
7.LABEL THE DRAWERS
Add labels to the drawers to make it easier to find baby clothes. Having drawer labels makes it easy to find an outfit from the drawer and to put clothes away after getting washed.

8.USE THE TOP DRAWER FOR DIAPERING ESSENTIALS
If your nursery dresser doubles as a changing table, designate the top drawer for storing diapering essentials.

9.KEEP A SEPARATE DRAWER FOR SWADDLES, BURP CLOTHS AND BIBS
Organize swaddles, blankets, and other bulky items in the bottom drawer. Or save valuable dresser space for organizing baby's clothes and use the nursery closet or storage basket to store those items.

Fine-tune your nursery dresser organization over time. Take time to observe what works and what doesn't and refine it. Keep making changes until the layout works for you!
